Privacy notice
Effective August 12, 2026
This is a concise operational notice for MapMutt’s current audit and contact flow. It does not sell personal information.
What we collect
When you request an audit or follow-up, we may collect the business and contact information you submit, such as your name, business, website, city, email, phone number, requested service, notes, referral source, and basic device or campaign information.
How we use it
- Run or deliver the requested visibility audit.
- Contact you about your request and agreed next steps.
- Maintain a lead and service record.
- Understand which pages and campaigns produce legitimate requests.
- Protect the service from abuse and diagnose delivery failures.
Draft storage
The audit-request page may store an unfinished form draft in your browser for up to 7 days so you can resume it. You can decline restoration when prompted, clear site data in your browser, or submit the form to remove the draft from that browser flow.
Where information goes
Submitted information may be stored in MapMutt’s configured Cloudflare data store and delivered to the operator by email or approved notification services. We use service providers only to operate the audit, intake, hosting, and communications workflow.
Retention and choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, client relationship, business records, security, or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your contact information, or ask MapMutt to stop non-transactional follow-up.
