Setup or add-on charges are confirmed in the agreement or invoice before charge. A six-month prepaid term discounts one month of service; a twelve-month prepaid term discounts two months of service. Those terms use a separately confirmed Square invoice or payment link.
An approved mid-cycle upgrade can start immediately with no extra charge for the rest of the current billing period when at least the following full month is committed at the higher service level. The written confirmation prevents overlapping recurring charges.
